Going to Dr. Burbidge since 2010 when I moved to Waco. She is very good. She listen to patients and discusses problems. She is quick to reply and treat. She does what is best for patient.
Dr Burbidge has lost all her site on what patient care is about. Her staff screw up and aren’t accountable I went 3 days with my sugar over 500 because they failed to call in my meds to pharmacy. Then lied and said I was the one being rude.Instead of being accountable she chose to tell me I needed to find a new provider. So the lack of accountability almost caused my life because of the medication she put me on. Shame on her for her lack of care for the patient. Karma isn’t pretty!!
Worthless, waste of time and insurance coverage! My physical exam consisted of BP, temp, pulse, stethoscope listening, pushing my stomach and blood work. Nothing more, worst physical exam ever, I’m 58 and many other things should have been checked, never even removed my shirt or anything? Never had such an incomplete physical exam in my whole life!
I have been going to Dr. Burbidge for many years. She has been very under standing. And takes her time to listen to you about what's going on and how you feel. And I have recommended my Co-workers to her when their insurance changed, many of them are using her now.
