One of their doctors "Dr. P" blocked my autism evaluation by lying to me and she tried to replace my thinking with her own. Their liaison "A" was extremely rude to me when I tried to remedy the problem. I asked for a complaint form twice and they said they didn't have any. I wrote a complaint letter for the manager to read and when I spoke with her she acknowledged that she knew about the letter but didn't read it.
