ER staff is overwhelmed. Nobody communicates with patients. I understand staff is overwhelmed, but they treat patients like a they are an inconvenience. They’ve forgot the reason why they chose healthcare as a profession.
They don't understand there self .
The staff was great. Running behind do to not enough of them. Everything was explained to me to allow questions and made sure all get well. There was much dust on the ceiling vents for my liking and i pointed it out. I'm sure it's do to cuts so the executives behind the desks at the top of the chain get paid more.
