Never had an issue before but i needed a referral and i called the day before to get one. They said they would take care of it and i kept calling and still nothing until i was in the office waiting. Finally got a referral about a half hour after my appointment was supposed to start. Considering it was for cardiovascular this whole experience wasn't good for my heart.

I've been seeing Dr. Rajpal Chppra for many years. Recently, I reached out to his office at 5 different times within 10 days for my refill and the assistants who answers the phone assuring me they are sending the doctor my requests, but no refill sent to my pharmacy even though I mentioned I am out of medication. I am very disappointed and will use an endocrinologist at Nothwell.
To Whom May it Concern I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the repeated failures to provide a referral to my heart doctor. I called your office three times today—at 9 AM, 1 PM, and 4 PM—and each time I was told someone would get back to me, which did not happen. The last person I spoke with at 4 PM specifically assured me I would receive a follow-up, and that promise was also unfulfilled.
