My therapist was amazing. Worked with her for almost a year. Right at the end of last year they cancelled her contract and gave no suggestion as for someone else that could help me. They gave me a run around and it was just awful. Additionally, they didn't send me a bill until Jan of 2023 and never sent me a bill all the months prior. Now I have an outrageous amount due. Very unfriendly for a mental health place. I have very high levels of anxiety and I did not feel comfortable with the receptionist. She always seemed impatient and angry when I needed paperwork picked up for my employer. I ended up not coming back due to the high levels of tension.

Met with Katie once, and did not get much out of the session, but scheduled the next session anyway. Figured I would give her another try. When I called to confirm the appointment, the appointment I set up with her apparently did not exist. Will not waste any more time.
