This office is incredibly unprofessional. I understand things are more difficult because of COVID, maybe its an influx of new applications but I’ve yet to have a good experience. Every time I have an appointment (over the phone), they call either way before or way after my scheduled appointment time, so I miss the call because I wasn’t expecting it.
