Not very friendly staff or people communicating on the phone , they are very rude and seem like they could care less about you struggling and we asked for help 2 years ago and have to keep calling for them to say they can't help anyone

My life turned upside down last Oct,24,, I had to stop working thru no fault of mines, then the car I just bought the guy lied about everything to saying he replaced the starter absolutely not it was bigger than needed wrong bolts almost causing the fly wheel to go bad making a horrible noise when starting I was at my wits end then God get the glory but he sent angels by us Kendra and her team especially Kendra's boss my hat goes off to these wonderful human beings they turned our sadnesses into a smile and we now a lil more... read more
