Extremely disorganized. I was assigned here after a psychiatric unit stay back in December and within a month and a half I began to show up to the office and the receptionist would tell me my therapist is not in today, with no warning beforehand. When I wanted to reschedule for another time that week they would tell me to just wait until my next scheduled appointment, where she would again not be in office. This cycle lasted a month.
