Very friendly and accommodating staff. Do not listen to the 1 star review, because the Behavioral Center is not located on the fifth floor. They are complaining about the wrong staff.
There are two woman at the front desk one white woman with a headset and an older black woman with black short hair. They both sit at the desk hanging up on the calls that come in. How would I know this I decided to go down to the office because no one returns phone calls even when they say call back at this number. I walked into the Jamaica Office as I entered on the fifth floor I decided to call as well to see if the phone actually rang and it did and the black woman hung up the call. I was supposed go on Monday afternoon but I called up an appointment was supposed to be for Monday morning at 11am and no transportation was available to take me there.
