No help just place to lay head. People need adequate housing. Rain/SLEET/SNOW, Etc. must leave (7 days a week) at 7: 00 a.m. and return by 7:00 p.m. Thus, riding public bus until library opens (9:30 a.m. most days, 12:00p.m.-Thurs. and 1:00 p.m. Sunday. 15 minutes bathroom and shower. D.C. Central Kitchen meals 99% not good except ( Fruits, bagels, and juice). See/ stay before you give your dollars,/ see what your donations are going. Their marketing scheme helps organizations, D.H.S. EMPLOYEES, and others stay employed.

Some of the staff is not qualified to work at this place. Some staff yell at the clients and also argue with them and is very rude. There are also false write ups being made on the clients. I don't know who is hiring some of these people to work in these establishments, they need to be working at a zoo with the rest of the animals. Most of the staff here make me feel very uneasy. While the organization does great work, there is a Case Manager named Denise Harrington that is very rude and condescending. I will never get how nasty her attitude was over the phone.
