If you want to be on the phone with the front desk person 5 different times about your therapist skipping and forgetting about your appointment that you made for 2 weeks, this is the place! If you want your appointments to run 10-15 behind every single time because of overlaps, this is your place! if you want your appointment to be forgotten about after you waste a bunch of time for nothing, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!
I’ve had a very bad experience with couples counselor Lisa Lagratta. She completed her degree only six months ago and is not qualified to handle abusive or trauma-bonded relationships.
