I’ve been with them for about two years now and have had some great therapists but the office to make appointments are honestly very disorganized and not consistent. I’ve been trying to set up with a new therapist for over two weeks now and have yet to get anyone. I go to therapy here and look forward to going. There's nothing difficult about going or making appointments. I was recently really impressed and shocked to be honest, to have been given a Christmas card with a gift card to Kohl's for the holidays. I wasn't expecting that and I think it is really nice of them do to do that when they certainly don't have to and i doubt any other similar places do that.
