First and foremost it is illegal to put mail, hand written letters, or anything in a mail box that has not gone through the postal service. It was sketchy looking. And I don't appreciate strangers coming on my property, unsolicited and putting unmarked mail in my box looking for their next listing. Use a stamp and take the proper route for your advertising. I do not have anything I would sell to a company that does not know basic law. I'm not going to call the person out today, just do better.
0 stars should be an option. I live 6 hours from the property I wanted to view. Janet Coppedge proposed we meet there Sunday to view it. This was days ahead of time. I told her I'd have to flex my work schedule to be able to make it and that I'd get back to her. I responded by the end of the same day that I could do it. And that I work twelve hour nights, so I'd be getting off work Saturday morning and driving straight there. Fast forward to days later--Saturday morning.
