The staff were less than kind and went so far as hide scheduled appointments from me.
Love Cathexis - its hard to find a good therapist with the shortage but couldn't be happier with the team at Cathexis. Its clear everyone there and the owner Tim cares about the space and makes it welcoming. Each room is very cute and themed and turns something potentially scary into something fun :)
If you enjoy being belittled this is the place for you.
Called to get some information about the therapies they offer and schedule an appointment, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Don’t waste your time with this company, seek help elsewhere.
I have seen Stephan Ackerman numerous times over the past 5 years. As a middle aged man we really connected, I could tell he was passionate about what he does (second career for him) and I could trust him with very sensitive topics. I would recommend Stephan to anyone, but particularly men who may not be comfortable with the counseling process.
