Trish is the BEST dental tech. I’ve never had a better experience at a dental office. Dr Peters is really great too. If you’re looking for an office where the hygienist is gentle, thorough, and excellent, the techs are exceptional, and the dentist really cares about your dental health, then this office was made for you.
Not a big Dentist person, but Love this office, Everyone from DR. To nurses to receptionist are warm caring people who can also be funny to serious depending on situation.
Had to go to this location due to the 60th St location flooding and it was the worst experience Ever. Dr. Samuel Spraggins is grossly unprofessional, cannot effectively listen or communicate, and let personal feelings make him incapable of doing his job. I will be reporting him to the state board as no patient is to go without care because a doctor simply doesn’t want to listen to the concerns of a patient and I will also be reporting him to both of my insurances as well.
my fiance has an infected root and we were searching everywhere in the gr area to have someone either look at it or extract the tooth. and we were able to get on and they only charged him $15 and now have a whole appt set up for the tooth to be extracted. not only did they work so good with us they were quick to get us in for an appt today. highly recommend!
The best dental appointment of my life! The staff were all so compassionate, patient, and went out of their way to welcome me. Overall, a really wonderful experience.
