We needed a Boutonniere and corsage in the same day I called. Without skipping a beat the lady at the other end took care of me. Within 2 hours after my call the items arrived. We were very pleased with the quality and service considering I had left it in the florists hands and purchased without seeing the flowers that were used!...will use merchant again!
