Very bad experience! My son ordered flowers for my birthday all the way from New Zealand. He bought a full size card which I never got. I called and got the same girl 3'times and was told it would come tomorrow. NEVER CAME? I was lied too and so upset I did not get my sons message. Shame on you! His account should be credited.
