Gourmet is finesse. Gourmet is an edible artistry. Gourmet is refined. Catherine's Cupcakery is non of these. The cake was dry and crumbly, with a super goey caramel center. The frosty was dense, fatty and crunchy. Baking skills and decoration skills are lack luster. I didn't finish my cupcake. Very disappointing.
Amazing cupcakes :)
Probably some of the best cupcakes I have ever eaten! The owner Pauline is so sweet and personable. The prices are very reasonable too for gourmet cupcakes. Keep up the great work, I wait to go back for more lemon and red velvet cupcakes!
