Had a gift certificate so husband and I went in to see what they had.. cupcake display was completely empty.. the girl said if we wanted anything they could put in an order to pick up in a few days. I then started looking at the variety of ice creams to get an ice cream waffle cone and she said they were out of most ice creams on their list. Love Catherine's Cupcakes! There isnt too many places in Yuma that offer vegan options, but last year at the fair we saw them set up and we were so excited to see they had vegan cupcakes! And they were delicious! This last weekend my brother was having his birthday party in San Diego, and I ordered a dozen vegan carrot cake, and half dozen vegan chocolate.
