Exceeded Expectations Friendly, Polite, thorough and shows great Empathy
My son (5) had to have a mole removed from his ear. Her bedside manner was incredible! She got down on his level and asked if he had any questions and asked about the book we brought and the stuffed animal as well. She told him in really simple terms they were going to scoop the mole off his ear (which he's been requesting because it bothered him). They put a band aid with numbing cream on his ear and he was unbothered. They came in to remove the mole and she brought 2 other providers to distract him and ask him questions. W... read more
My 2 year old has been dealing with severe perioral dermatitis and Dr Warner was the one who diagnosed him and is treating him. He’s so much better now, thanks to Dr Warner. the way she listens to my concerns and answer my questions is amazing and as a mother it is such a relief having a Dr who is willing to help and listen to you. Also, when I have questions about his treatments her assistant/nurse always directs my questions to Dr Warner and it doesn’t take longer for her to message me back with.
