Lacks compassion, operates on personal basis instead of the medical history for the patient, and is dismissive. Belittled what I was experiencing as a pre-surgical patient and failed to provide adequate care.
My son had a deep cut on his head, we was very frightened. The doctor was patient and kind, gave us options and she was personable and great with children. I’m very glad she could help us through this trauma with ease. She did a great job stitching him up, I couldn’t have been more satisfied, thank you doctor!
