My therapist recommended that I see Dr. Sullivan for help with depression and anxiety. She was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and respected my desire to be conservative with medication. I am so grateful to be feeling better now thanksto her help!
Dr. Sullivan is quite simply the best psychiatrist I have ever seen. She is caring, kind, and extremely competent. I was referred to her by my friend when I was struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety, and she helped me get comfortable with the idea of medication and understand my treatment plan. I recommend her to anyone.
This review is not about this doctor specifically, but rather New Day’s overall service. A friend referred me to New Day, as I was exploring options to find a therapist. The office is clean and the staff, specifically the intake specialists are attentive, polite. Their intake process is clear and takes a few minutes. My questions were answered and they got back to me about my payment options and potential therapists rather quickly. I appreciate their service and would come back again.
This review is not for Dr. Sullivan. I never had the privilege of working with her or any other doctors in this group. I haf made 3 attempts to make an appointment for my depression and anxiety. My first call I spoke with, I assume, a receptionist. She took all my information and said she would contact me within 48 hrs to confirm my insurance (even if my insurance wasn't accepted I would pay out of pocket), appt time, etc. A week went by and I called again.
