Saw Dr. Catherine Rainbow for a foot/toe issue and had a great experience. She carefully reviewed my X-ray, asked all right questions, and skipped straight to a simple, effective fix — a carbon fiber shoe insert plus some targeted exercises — instead of overcomplicating things. Clear communicator, conservative approach. Highly recommend!

Wow! What an amazing provider. I had my very first appointment and she was so attentive, a great listener, very reassuring and positive. She helped me feel hopeful about my shoulder injury and finding ways to mitigate the pain.
