Put on hold because the receptionist could not figure out how to make two new patient appointments. 23 minutes of waiting and the Manager never came to the phone. When I told the receptionist that this customer service was unacceptable, and I wanted to continue to hold for the manager. She hung up the phone. It’s a shame great doctors everywhere are loosing business because uneducated unprofessional service associates.
The office and staff are fine, not really many complaints with the process outside of having to book a 30 dollar appointment to get a refill for a reoccurring skin issue when I already know what's wrong... The billing department for this branch of offices is completely MIA, I am starting to believe it is a myth. I have called at reasonable morning times over the course of several days to be only hold for 20+ minutes every single time. Don’t waste your time unless you want them to photo copy a credit card to keep on file or leave a $100 deposit. I have a copay, no deductible, that I would pay upfront. But alas, that was not good enough so they lost 5 pts because of greed.
Great staff, quick appointment. Highly recommended.
