I’ve been looking for a doctor in Las Vegas who really listens and cares. Dr. Catherine Nguyen-Ward is the one. She runs a wide range of tests, gives clear feedback, and truly respects my symptoms. Her team makes scheduling a breeze and they are always kind. She now sees patients at Valley Oak / (rebranded as) Astrana Care and takes THT Teachers Health Trust. Made an appointment for a month out. Later they called to reschedule me because of a conflict so I had to reschedule for a week later. Then later they rescheduled me to some random day/time because of another “conflict” without bothering to call this time and check my availability. Cancelled the appointment, scheduling with them seems more like a suggestion than an appointment.

I had met her at her old office at Wigwarm last year,after my 2nd exam I begins to trust her and I decided to follow-up with her at her new place. She is very cautious and she listened when I explained about my health. I will her five stars.
