Called Dr. Ngo's office August 28th. They called back and scheduled me an virtual appt. for September 22, 2021. I waited that whole day, with no call back. I have called the 770-7163 number (her assistant and appt. scheduler) every day since then. They still haven't called me. I now will hopefully be able to schedule an appointment now by driving down there and seeing if I can get in the office "in person"....
