Catherine is a fantastic therapist. I have had several bad experiences with other therapists and Catherine with her understanding of trauma and ADHD has a very useful skill set for me
Catherine is probably the best therapist I've been with. Communication is excellent. Punctuality is excellent. Extremely professional (but not cold!). Therapy provided has been excellent for ADHD / childhood trauma.
We were excited to have found a therapist who seemed like a good fit for our teenage daughter. At first they seemed to connect. Catherine then made recommendations that were not professional and were honestly very concerning. When I attempted to address my concerns with Catherine, she stopped responding to emails and phone calls. My husband and I were shocked by her behavior and lack of professionalism. I was seeing Catherine at the darkest point in my life and she completely changed my perspective. She taught me how to deal with my struggles in a healthy way and learn how to set boundaries. I absolutely loved my experience with her. I tried therapy so many times and nothing worked till I went and saw her.
