Horrible experience..I live a few blocks away, just moved here the receptionist rude and canceled an appointment after I relocated here and changed doctors. The office never answers phone or returns calls. So I went to the office in May to make Dr Kirchner my primary doctor and after going there twice Shaniqua told me to come Friday 6/26/2026 at 10am. Dr Kirchner has been my primary now for over 5 years and prior she was my mom's primary and I only have great things to say about her and her staff . I also trust her expertise and knowledge
Have been a patient for 30 years. Travel 1 1/2 hours to see her. She is very thorough and very caring. You would not find a better diagnostician anywhere. Her staff is as caring as her.
Dr Kirchner is extremely pleasant, understanding and patient. She explains things in a way that are easy to understand. I feel that she listens to any issues I have and offers solutions. Dr Kirchner’s office is well organized. The staff is friendly and courteous. I have never waited longer than a couple of minutes before being seen by the doctor. As a patient of Dr Kirchner I am very happy and confident with the level care that I receive.
