Dr. Hough-Telford is everything I want in a pediatrician. She is smart, kind, thorough, attentive, and compassionate. She returns my calls within a few hours, even late in the evening after clinic or on her days off. She proactively calls to see how my daughter is doing after she's been in for a visit. Her office staff is also spectacular - anything I have needed (imaging script, prescription, etc.) has been handled immediately.
