After trying therapy for a number of years with a number of different therapists, I have finally found the right one for me. Not only does she make me feel safe, she respect my time and boundaries and makes me want to be a better and healthier version of myself. I love my sessions with her and will sing from the rooftops how wonderful of a therapist Catherine is.
Catherine is a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapist who has helped me tremendously in my life and I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling to appreciate and love who they are.
Catherine is a highly experienced, engaged, and knowledgable therapist. She uses a variety of tools and strategies to equip her clients with self awareness and confidence. She is also an innovative writer and group leader. Highly recommend Catherine!

I have seen therapist that speak primarily from personal experiences, and that can make it hard to determine what tools are a good for the client themselves. I like that I can explore whats going on.
