My appointments were canceled FOUR times, one of which I was in the chair with my eyes dilated and they send me home. Completely unacceptable for health care providers. Pay more, get less in our system. Don’t waste your time, book your appointment somewhere else
Went for a comprehensive eye exam in March 2024. Visit was coded incorrectly so it's costing me $624. Been trying to get it fixed since April 2024. Was told today by SSM nothing can be done. Make sure you are coded correctly before leaving your visit. Dr. Lee was very nice; however, will never go see her again or recommend her due to the incompetence of her staff not being able to code correctly.
Dr. Catherine Lee is a great eye Dr. She was very informative, great patience and she took time to listen to me. I know she is a wonderful asset to SSM Health. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends. Out of 1-10, rating, I rate her a 20. Thank you Dr. Lee
