I had a bad experience here. I wasn't happy with the office's billing process and service outcome. They ask you to pay total bills before leaving the office which I did every time with my AMEX. Then about 4 months later I received a bill. I thought for what. When asking for what they refused to explain or write off as their mistake. Never Again...

I have been a loyal patient for over 16 years to this dentist office. Catherine was a great replacement to the previous dentist! The whole team at that office is personable and professional. Brought my daughters in as well when they were the right age to be cleaned, and they love it too! We're very grateful to have such a great dental office in the Raleigh-Durham area.

The practice is very nice--the hygienists and dentists are polite and professional. I have no complaints there. However, the office staff (Dawn, in particular) told me they'd checked with my insurance and that it would be 100% covered aside from a small fee of maybe $20. That was fine...except it ended up being $100 for exactly the services they'd quote me previously.
