I found Cat very difficult to work with. She was neither accommodating nor truthful. Her story was big until it came time to deliver and her effort was underwhelming at best. Most of these Google reviews appear to be from friends and fellow realtors. Go look at her company FHRM on Yelp and you will see all the bad reviews there.
The most trust worthly and best Realtor, mentor and friend ever. I would trust her completly with my financials, decision and related big purchases like buying or selling a home. Love you so much, Cat!
Terrible person to deal with when it came to getting things done as a landlord. Would send the wrong documents and would never get back In contact with tenant in a reasonable time and will do anything she can to keep the security deposit. Just save yourself a hassle and move on from this person.
