i’ve had Cathy Budbill at Statefarm insurance for close to 30 years. Since then I lost my husband 15 years ago in an auto accident. I’ve had a to file a claim for a couple of house related problems. Cathy and her team at State Farm have been outstanding. This team helps me navigate the State Farm rules to ensure I get treated fairly by corporate State Farm. This ranges from ensuring that I get the benefits that I’d already paid for to getting a fair assessment when my teen totaled my car. Cathy also helps me understand policy options that I want or may not want based on the 29 years that I’ve been with her. I couldn’t be happier as a customer.
