If there were a 1/2 start, I would have given Brignoni that rating. Although with good intent, the "trainees" she "uses" from local medical colleges are not of the caliber that are needed nor do they pay attention to doing a good job. Terrible office management. Brignoni trys to do everything, and as a result, there is total confusion. Calls are NOT returned in a timely manner, attention to Rx refills is disastrous, and the excuse give is "...well, the Doctor has 3,000 patients..." ... well, as of today, she has one LESS.
