I am a new patient. I filled all my paperwork out online and was 5 minutes early for my 12:00 appointment time after driving an hour in the snow from Skaneateles. I guess their policy is an arrival of 15 minutes prior? I was never informed that this was a mandatory policy. I was literally standing at the desk giving my insurance card when they cancelled my appointment. I honestly felt terrible for the receptionist. I won’t be back.
She says your wrong and dismissed every doctors diagnosis without evidence.
