Catherine is very knowledgeable and concisely explains about the process before you get into it. There was a lot of hair reduction on my hands after she worked on them. She keeps me distracted from any sort of pain or discomfort during electrolysis. She's fun to talk to and has a very good bedside manner. The clinic is very welcoming and clean. There is a lot of parking near the clinic as well. The prices per session are also very affordable!
Catherine is exceptional at her craft. I previously had laser hair removal and it did not work - it is not permanent. Catherine explained all about electrolysis and the results are remarkable. I highly recommend her!
