Annual physical
My visit with Dr. Ruetten went well. She took the time to talk with me regarding my concerns and answered questions. I would recommend her as your family doctor. My only concern is that she is no longer with Northwestern, as my choice for a hospital would be Kiswaukee.. She indicated that would not be a problem.
The first visit I felt uncomfortable. The second visit was extremely better. I really thought Dr. Ruetten was interested and compassionate. I felt good when I left.
Very professional and thorough.
I don't recommend her at all. She is very rud person all the time when I visited her. She need to learn how to be a doctor and a school kids teacher.
Caring doctor who took the time to explain in a way I understand. No question too sill or small. Highly recommend
For a cough that did not go away after 3 weeks, the doctor said it was common to have a cough for 8 weeks. Had to go through a bad cough for 8 weeks before getting the medication from my regular doctor that finally help get rid of it. What is even more ridiculous is that they did not tell me they changed from Tier I to Tier II for my insurance plan, resulting an extra $200 dollar deductible for the two visits. Been their patient for four years, it is really disappointing!
Incompetence during delivery of my son that has led to neuro issues.
