My experience today with Dr. Ramsey was exceptional! She walked into the room 7 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and said, "I'm sorry, I'm late." The time she took for my head to toe skin exam was done thoughtfully and with a high regard of her chosen profession. She explained everything mindfully and tenderly (I'm a big baby!). The staff was cheerful and personal. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Ramsay.
Patient Be Aware I never got the chance to see this clinic because they didn’t show up on my prescribed tone and date! I called three times during business hours and left messages. None were answered or returned. Left completely disappointed These are other dermatologists in the Ketchum Sun valley area that keep their appointments when scheduled. Not this obey. Be aware
I was very impressed with Dr. Ramsay and the friendly ladies that worked in her office.
A year between visits and she walks in with full details of our discussion from previous visit. Can't tell you how much I appreciate her not walking in and asking me to reiterate what we discussed a year ago. She is thorough, compassionate, empathetic and was able to offer me treatment options rather than forcing them on me. I would highly recommend her.
As a retired M.D. myself and with a long history of dermatological treatment, I was truly impressed with my initial visit with Dr Ramsey this week. I would enthusiastically recommend her as an excellent dermatologist. She is skilled, compassionate, and an excellent communicator. 5 Stars👍
