Cat is the BEST. She's an expert in ART (active release therapy) is you're not sure that is check it out. I had planter fasciitis for soo long. I used wraps, exercises and visits to a podiatrist who with a very long needle gave me injections that gave very minimal relief. I had read about ART and went online to find a practitioner nearby and found Dr Martin. In under 8 visits the pain from pf was gone. She also found the cause of heel pain and with one visit I was effectively pain free.
