I see from a separate review below that they also had a similar experience with Dr. Hatchell..we will NEVER GO BACK! My husband went in for " what we thought was vertigo" but wanted to get confirmed. Her FIRST words upon entering the exam room was, " I can't help him.. take him asap to the ER!" Are you freaking kidding me? I had to actually ASK her to give him an exam! She seemed put off! Good person, excellent physician. Dr. Hatchell has been my primary care doc for at least 10 years, I highly recommend. If you are doctor shopping to get your sleeping pills, or your opioids of various flavors, you'll need to look elsewhere, she has high personal and professional standards and morals.
Dr Hatchell has been my doctor for 16 years. She has always listened and taken her time to do so. I know I am in competent and excellent care with Dr Hatchell!
I went for the first time to see Dr. Hatchell two months ago and brought along a long paper of notes, as I struggle with communication. She read through them and listened and was very helpful and caring. She gave me the time I needed and was very supportive.
