Cate was absolutely amazing! After just two sessions I had the best night's sleep I have had in months. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate! I finally feel like I am on the road to recovery!
I started going to Cate because she suggested she could help me with hot flashes, irritability (understatement) and other issues associated with peri-menopause. I was skeptical but willing to try anything. I have not had a hot flash since I started going to see her. I'm sleeping better, and overall less irritable. I can't say enough great things about Cate and her acupuncture – even if you're not sure it will work, give it a try!
My experience with Cate was wonderful. I had pregnancy-related sciatica and could not find relief until I tried acupuncture with Cate. Not only does the therapy work extremely well, but Cate is a kind, gentle and caring individual. I highly recommend her!
