The food was decent and overall the quality was good, but unfortunately the service is what completely tanked this experience. To help the restaurant accommodate our large group, we actually submitted our orders the day before so the kitchen and staff wouldn't be under pressure. No service at all. No greeting, no smile, no checking during dining. The server just handed over food and then left. 80% tables were taken but only two servers at lunch time on Friday. The place was very loud with loud cheesy music! In the end, the POS just shows that 18% tip rate is the minimum option! They could have broke the bank, but they chose to operate a restaurant! Thank them!
Unfortunately, this was one of the most uncomfortable service experiences I’ve had. We went there as a group. When I asked for our bills, the server initially said they would all be together. I politely asked if we could have them separate, and her response was “Come on you guys” I chose to ignore it and moved on. Booked a group lunch a couple days in advance and called the restaurant to confirm. Then asked if it would be easier if the food order was placed a day in advance and sent to them so we could beat the rush during lunch time and they were okay with that. We got to the restaurant at 12:00pm and food arrived 15-20 mins after we got there. No one came to ask for drink orders while waiting for the food or check on how the food was after we were done.
