I purchased a $100 gift certificate for my wife on her birthday. When she tried to use it, it was denied. My bad, I did not have or even get a receipt, but any reputable businesses would have records. Nope. I would strongly avoid purchasing any gift certificates from here.

My gel manicure did not last. I went back in 2 days to have one fixed, as it had a scrape on the thumb, like the light box hit it while wet. Then, I went out of town thinking I was set for a few weeks, which is why I got the gel polish to begin with, for longevity, but in a week, it was flaking off a couple of my nails. 😕 Nice interior though, interesting location and decor. I've never seen a nail salon in a former church before. The gigantic Christmas tree seemed out of place though in the middle of summer.

Called to make an appointment and they asked where I normally go, which is no set place. They told me to go somewhere else

Owner is unpleasant,as another customer witness his rudeness, also verbally abusive to his workers. This was a last resort to getting my nails done, but on the bright side, Mimi does a wonderful job.
