Very respectful and kind to myself and my sisters during this very difficult time.
It is a pretty, well-kept cemetery w/ some pleasant front-office people in Tyler. However, per a PREPAID burial plan executed years ago by my parents, my mother was buried there July 7/22/22. Cemetery staff sat in their truck eating lunch and watched the "honorary pall bearers" (all old men) become actual pall bearers and wrestle the casket to the grave site. Then, within 6 days, I got a VERY aggressive call demanding more money. Prepaid?? Within a week, that little jerk's female boss tried again. The boss lady finally admit... read more
I have never experienced a more respectful and professional staff as at Cathedral in the Pines. Even the ground crew were excellent because of the freezing weather. Thank you
