I was supposed to have an appointment on Friday. The director called and asked to push it to later in the day but I was unavailable so we rescheduled for Monday. When I arrived on Monday, she wasn't there. The receptionist was able to get a hold of her and she said she'd be about 20 minutes late which would have caused me to be late to another appointment, so I left. Overall, it seems very disorganized and unprofessional, so I will not be using them for service.

Kind, caring and understanding . All services were pre planned, which make this so much easier. They carried out our wishes as asked. I encourage you to pre plan!

Cathedral of the Pines did a horrible job in ordering my dad’s headstone. My mom and I went in to order it, paid for it, etc. I called later to follow up and they said they made a mistake and needed to have ordered an upright headstone instead (this was months later). Mind you, I am the one who called, NOT them. My mom and I had to go back, change the design, order the new one, and I asked how long it would take…”9 months to a year”. Bradley was the Best. Made my daughter and I so comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.
