Bought a house in the Huntley subdivision that they manage. While preparing to move in - I had one question related to the HOA. I wanted to make a good impression and follow the rules as I moved in. The Cathcart Group has shown a complete lack of empathy, with the real issue stemming from their corporate office. While living at The Reserve at Daleville, I received a 30-day eviction notice following an entirely preventable incident involving my dog, who was leashed and under control the entire time. A neighbor asked to pet him, which I agreed to, knowing that my dog loves people. The Reserve at Stone Port has been every thing we had hoped for and more. An extremely proactive staff that goes beyond what one would expect to ensure your satisfaction. As for the residence itself, if you're looking for luxury, look no further. Speaking from experience, having resided at another nearby property that used the term luxury, nothing in Rockingham County will come close to the Reserve at Stone Port.

We have lived at The Reserve at Stone Port for over a year and have throughly enjoyed the community. The amenities are wonderful. The leasing staff, the office staff and the maintenance crew, all are exceptional. We have never had an issue that was not addressed immediately. We would recommend choosing thus community as your home!
