My primary care physician was at this clinic. He was awesome. Then I call for an appointment and find out the clinic is closed and I am out of a doctor. It would have been really nice if they told their patients. Here I am out of prescriptions and out of a doctor. Currently searching for a new PCP and earliest appointment I can get is December.
