Whoever the male person I talked to on the phone on customer service (not in person, not in the bank), was very rude. I wanted to double check a transaction and they replied with "Well usually that means it's you who made those transactions and now your card is probably declined". The way he spoke to me was very unprofessional and his tone was very rude like he didn't want to help me with my problem. Hope his day got better.
