I am truly grateful for the outstanding service and friendliness of the staff here at Cathay Bank. The team genuinely help me with my banking needs and do it with genuine care.
Bad service
The bank staff working this branch are very rude and mean. Especially the oldest lady.
I went to make a deposit. The teller or may be Manager name Thùy Mį was very sarcastic and rude.... asking me ‘so I thought you wanted close your account already’. I went to other branch they don’t give me such attitude. I will tell my business partners never to open the business account there.(Westminster branch on Bolsa)
