Avoid this bank at all cost is right! They don't know what they're doing. VERY slow at everything and not up to date with technology. Very unprofessional. Never again!!!
This is the worst bank and the branch in Bellevue has worst customer service.i was always the only non Asian in there office. My account was hacked at least 4 times. This time I we nt in and asked them to fix it and they told me to open a account somewhere else. I think it was because I was not Asian. This is discrimination.
