I received a call from an assistant manager in your Northridge office today. He was researching a large deposit ($45,785.27) that was made out to my company, Structures Unlimited and myself, James Bean. He stated "something just didn't seem right". Well his intuition was spot on because THIS CHECK WAS STOLEN! It was a refund from the Federal Government that was sent out in October of 2022 for ERTC (Employee Retention Tax Credit) that was offered post Covid. Most times I've gone here , it is Felix whom assisted me. This is the warmest person in the branch. No one smiles there...but Felix. Felix is professional, personable and makes my Cathay Banking experience less transactional and robotic. My husband and look forward to doing our banking at this branch specifically with Felix.
